Our Agent’s receive a license to use Indeecom Telephony Trading Platform (TeePee) that is 100% free when you choose Indeecom’s low cost calls. We have to make a few bucks to survive! We only change a hosting fee if you choose to use TeePee yet have your own wholesale call termination partner. To review the terms of our licence agreement

There are NO catches or hidden charges!
TeePee was designed to give Agents, for the first time, total control and ownership over their customers. We do not charge a percentage of billing revenue, we do not charge a franchise or entry fee, we do not charge for upgrades, we do not charge for Agent and Customer support and we do not charge for ongoing product or software enhancements.
We want you to be profitable and build an asset… we want to grow with you too!
In our years working in telecommunications we’ve seen many very competent business owners work very hard to develop a strong client base, then have it taken from them when the wholesaler shifts their business focus or increases fees to the point where the business is no longer viable.
Ultimately the wholesaler or franchisor absorbs the customer base and once more grows their asset, at the cost of the independent trying to build a business.
We can’t see how this outcome benefits all parties, only the wholesaler or franchisor...
We’ve structured our licences agreement to clearly outline that the Licensed Agent owns the revenue, numbers and services it provisions to the end customer. There is an exception to the Agent ownership clause and is enacted only if the Agent does not pay Indeecom its proportion of call commission within the due date. In this instance Indeecom can exercise is right to collect all monies direct from the Agents end customers until the commission amount is paid in full. Irrespective the Agent still owns the customer. As an Agent you CONTROL:
Your customer’s experience, we simply help you to do so via our ‘Call-to-Action’ customer relationship and installation management tools native to the TeePee rich internet application.
Your customer’s billing, statement and reminder cycle. Again we facilitae this process through TeePee’s automated billing platform which we configure to meet your requirements when you become an Agent.

You control payments to Indeecom as you control the revenue. We offer a 30 to 60 day (based on the Agents requirements) payment terms. At the end of each monthly billing cycle we process the commission amount and send you a bill. Again this is a first in our industry. We also offer a Billing Assistance Officer to collect from clients that default. However, you can control this process if so required.
You control 100% of your customer’s revenue. When we configure your TeePee rich internet application, we set-up the payment gateway to direct all funds paid by your customers direct into your nominated account. Again you pay us commission, not the other way around!

TeePee was designed to give Agents, for the first time, total ownership over their customers and revenue.
As an Agent you OWN:
YOUR CUSTOMER’S. You own the DID (the number) which is allocated to your TeePee application. You allocate the DID to your customer from a master pool. Once that number has been allocated to your customer, that’s it you own it and therefore the customer. There is only one expectation to this rule. If you’re unable to pay Indeecom its commission within the agreed terms, then Indeecom will bill the customer direct until the outstanding amount is paid. Once payment has been made in full, we change the direct account billing back to your bank account. At no stage does Indeecom own your customers, rather temporarily assigning the debt to Indeecom for collection
THE REVENUE They are your customers, your money, therefore all payments made by your customers are paid directly into your nominated bank account.
Your own the licence to your TeePee rich internet application. This can be translated into an asset of your business should you wish to sell it. We can even provide a monthly hosting fee should you wish to use another wholesale call termination provider.
Your own all the data contained in your TeePee rich internet application.

Almost like a buying group, yet without the cost of entry like that of traditional buying groups or franchise. We have examined all aspects of the telephony trading process and have included this in our cost of sales. We’ve even developed a marketing campaign planner to assist our Agents in new business acquisition.

Indeecom offer 3 levels of support from the simple customer question right through to technical support. In the instance a customer requires onsite technical assistance we hand these requests off directly to the Agent. 85% of inbound customer request are resolved with Level 1 and 2 Support.
Your customers simply call our 1300 support line where they we’ll be greeted, not by an IVR, by a real person! We do not answer the call by stating the Indeecom brand name, rather “Good morning/afternoon, this [[support persons name]] from is tech support, how can we help you today”. We are all about the customer experience and the more personalised we make the experience the grater chance that the customer will recommend our Agent to friends, family or other businesses.

Put simply... TeePee is the most advanced Rich Internet Application (RIA) in the telecommunications trading market today. There is nothing like it, that we know of anyway!
In nearly all cases we try to have the same support person deal with the our Agent’s customers from the very start to resolution.
Combining Flash Catalyst and the Flex framework, TeePee only calls services requested by the user with the initial file upload (.swf) being about 560k. For example, if you want to send a bulk personalised email to your entire database of 1000 customers, your TeePee application sends this command down to our server and distributes each email to all recipients using our internet connection. The packets of data being set to and from you TeePee application which makes it perfect for signing up new customers at their office.
TeePee runs on any browser and on any operating system. So if you’re using Safari on a Mac or Opera on Ubuntu (Linux), you can access your mission critical data. You can even trade in front of your customers using roaming internet connections.
You can access you TeePee anywhere in the world, just along as you have a computer with internet access.
