We recongnise that out Agents need a ‘shrink wrapped solution’ to simplify the sales process by delivering a turnkey telephony product to their customers.

That’s why Indeecom has sourced and tested a range of VoIP with PSTN failover Business Grade Handsets along with a range of robust Headsets and Softphones ONLY available for purchase by Licensed Agents. We have also included a cordless router phone for the consumer market.

We also provide personalised product promotional material (printed and softcopy) for our Agents to present and leave with their customers.

All handsets with a supporting IP PBX come pre configured for a simple ‘plug and play’ installation.

Please note: This page contains css3 code that controls the style (rounded corners) to tab the component, which is not supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer. As with the rest of the global developed community, Indeecom waits patiently for Microsoft to develop a browser that adheres to the standard.

Testing Summary:
Qutecom is a free SIP compatible VoIP softphone originally developed by Wengo and recently migrated to QuteCom code. As with all open source project the QuteCom application relies on the development community contributing to the ongoing feature enhancement and bug fix process. In many respects this is a better alternative to a commercially based application as the developers who contribute to the project are always looking and ways to simplify the code structure, make it more reliable, make it more robust and enhance the end user experience. QuteCom supports a range of codecs including G.729, G.711, iLBC, G.722 (wideband) and Speex. H.263 for video is also supported. Make sure you grab the right installer for your OS. Like we were, I'm sure you'll be impressed and is worth the download!

Testing Summary:
The Express Talk app has been commercially release for the past 3 years or so. Owned by a company called NCH Software, they offer both Free and purchased versions of the applications. We found offer very similar feature to that of X-Lite, but a little more feature rich when it comes to the multi account handling. The installation was a bit stop and go on Vista (as you would expect) but all other Window and Mac version were fine. Call quality was good, however using high quality codecs (G711aLaw) will sap your bandwidth… We are not sure if Emergency Number support works with ‘000’ in Australia as it does in the US ‘911’. Not game enough to test… Sorry. A word of warning. Don’t be tempted to download their free IPPBX… this can create a world machine performance pain when installing locally.
